    Applied only on certain substrates. When the part requires it, we supply the adhesion promoter.

    UV Base Coat

    Anchors and levels the surface before metallization.

    Metallization

    Done under vacuum, at your plant or by a third party.

    UV Top Coat

    Protects the metallization and completes the finish, in gloss or matte.
