What is UV coating?
It is a coating that cures in seconds under ultraviolet light, forming a hard, glossy and resistant film. No long oven bake is needed.
How does the Base Coat and Top Coat system work?
The Base Coat anchors and levels the part before metallization. The Top Coat then protects the metallization. Together they deliver mirror gloss and durability.
Does Corquímica offer custom formulations?
Yes. Each customer receives a formulation tailored to the part, the material and the process, and the team provides on-site technical support.
Which industries do you supply?
Fashion (heels and trims), furniture, automotive, cosmetics, home appliances and general plastics.
